Sales Setter – Lead Generation and Sales Closing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential students via social media and various digital platforms.

• Reach out to leads supplied by the company.

• Initiate personalized sales discussions.

• Assess each individual's training requirements, objectives, and interests.

• Suggest the most appropriate training based on the candidate's profile.

• Clarify the content, terms, and features of the training programs.

• Address commercial inquiries throughout the sales process.

• Conduct follow-ups until enrollment is finalized.

• Document contacts, conversations, and sales in the specified tracking system.

• Ensure professional, clear, and respectful communication with prospective students.

• Adhere to the company's established commercial procedures, pricing, and terms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a setter, sales representative, training advisor, or in telephone/digital sales.

• Proficiency in generating leads through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, or other channels.

• Experience handling sales conversations via WhatsApp, direct messages, and phone calls.

• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the capability to identify needs.

• Ability to conduct organized follow-ups.

• Results-driven and motivated to work on a commission basis.

• Proficient in spoken and written Spanish.

• Demonstrated autonomy, responsibility, and perseverance.

• Organized recordkeeping and contact management.

• Availability for fully remote work.
