Sales Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete order-processing cycle, which includes importation, shipment coordination, documentation, and delivery logistics.

• Input orders into our ERP system and make necessary updates.

• Engage in daily communication with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

• Monitor shipments to ensure adherence to timelines.

• Assist with invoice processing and various administrative tasks.

• Proactively address issues and keep stakeholders informed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics.

• Background in international trading and domestic sales.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Customer-oriented with the capability to prioritize and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• Inquisitive and eager to acquire new knowledge.

• Comfortable working remotely from home using Teams and other technologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams.

• Preferred qualifications: CITT certification or education in supply chain management.

• Experience with chemical commodity products.

• Familiarity with Hazmat, GHS, EPA, and FDA regulations is an advantage.
