Sales Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee global shipments, assist sales efforts, and provide exceptional customer service

• Guarantee efficient order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction

• Handle the complete order management process, which includes importation, shipment coordination, customs clearance, and Hazmat compliance

• Maintain regular communication with the sales team, accounting department, clients, brokers, logistics companies, and transportation providers

• Approve supplier payments and manage invoices

• Understand and manage both domestic and international regulations and guidelines pertaining to shipments

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics (including trucking, warehousing, and drumming)

• Background in providing support for sales and operations

• Experience in international trading and domestic sales within a global organization

• Customer-oriented with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Skilled in all MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Comfortable working remotely from home using Teams and other technologies, ensuring effective and timely communication with colleagues and clients
