This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary administrator and system authority for HubSpot within the Sales, Client Success, and Marketing departments.
• Develop, manage, and enhance CRM workflows, automations, routing logic, pipelines, objects, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, and integrations.
• Maintain data integrity through validation rules, process controls, regular audits, data cleaning, management, and segmentation.
• Create and oversee reports and dashboards that reflect metrics for sales, Client Success, Marketing, and operations.
• Evaluate trends and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to aid in decision-making and performance enhancement.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks in collaboration with Sales and go-to-market leadership.
• Connect CRM data with external systems, databases, ERP, analytics platforms, and customer support tools like Zendesk and Wrike.
• Document, refine, and scale revenue processes; identify inefficiencies and implement CRM-driven automation solutions.
• Assist with forecasting, pipeline assessments, territory analysis, and capacity evaluations.
• Develop documentation, best practices, usage guidelines, and training resources.
• Serve as the main HubSpot support contact for user inquiries, training, and troubleshooting.
• Encourage CRM adoption, productivity, compliance, and uniform system usage across teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in CRM administration.
• Proficient in building and maintaining CRM workflows, reports, custom properties, and integrated tools using HubSpot CRM.
• Experience in defining, constructing, and sustaining CPQ and other automated workflows, processes, and related tools across teams.
• Proven experience in cleaning, managing, and segmenting extensive data sets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM best practices within the SaaS industry.
• Proficient to advanced expertise with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with HubSpot import/export, deduplication, and data cleansing tools.
• Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, or other system integration tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and email template design is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B SaaS implementations of CRM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with diverse audiences.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple schedules and deadlines.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or data privacy regulations is a plus.
