This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships by negotiating agreements with clients.
• Execute marketing and commercial initiatives within the assigned accounts.
• Address customer incidents and complaints, collaborating with Customer Service to effectively resolve and minimize issues.
• Ensure timely deliveries to customers by working closely with Customer Service and Logistics to mitigate incidents.
• Oversee full logistics management, collaborating with various company departments to address daily challenges and propose solutions.
• Develop action plans for addressing commercial deviations, recommending strategies to the Sales Manager to support account growth.
• Organize planning and time management to guarantee that each client receives sufficient visits for business development and the achievement of objectives.
• Deliver results by meeting volume and profitability targets for assigned accounts in accordance with the business plan and budget.
• Execute the trade policy of the PBU within the assigned accounts.
• Set objectives for each account that are aligned with the company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Implement strategies to achieve both quantitative and qualitative goals in the short and long term.
• Make pricing decisions in compliance with the company's legal policy.
• Achieve coverage and visit frequency targets.
• Contribute to PCP input by executing promotional plans established by the company within their accounts, focusing on optimizing resources.
• Enhance the distribution and promotion of new launches from the current product portfolio.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper execution of promotion, marketing, logistics, and finance agreements.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence by suggesting the inclusion and exclusion of portfolio references to improve customer service.
• Share insights on market activities and competitive landscape.
• Assist in customer strategic planning efforts by tracking income statements: sales, profitability, assortment, stocks, and availability.
• Develop a value proposition tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Possess experience in sales along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills for both internal and external interactions (customer-oriented).
• Strong understanding of the tiring business sector.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish languages.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
