• Executing all sales-related activities, including customer visits, phone communications, product demonstrations, and customer seminars within the designated geographic territory, primarily Croatia, with potential activities across the Adriatic region as necessary.
• Traveling, which may include overnight stays.
• Actively promoting and selling products and services.
• Keeping customer activity records that include sales targets, opportunities, and visits in Salesforce.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
• A background in technical education.
• Willingness to travel up to two days a week, averaging eight nights away from home monthly.
• A minimum of five years of sales experience in the Municipal and/or Industrial sector, or experience with measurement equipment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficient in English.
