
Sales Representative – Telehealth, Patient Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Convert warm inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to reconnect with cold or inactive leads.
• Actively reach out to potential patients through organized outbound campaigns.
• Communicate through phone, SMS, chat, and email platforms.
• Provide education to patients using approved, non-clinical messaging.
• Address objections with empathy and confidence.
• Oversee your own pipeline and prioritize follow-up tasks.
• Keep precise documentation in the CRM system.
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with care and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales (inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales).
• Demonstrated experience in remote sales is essential.
• Ability to make 50+ calls per day when necessary.
• Preferred experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, or wellness sectors.
• Strong hunter mentality combined with consultative selling skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Highly organized and self-driven individual.
• Excellent English communication skills at a professional level.
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Slack, Dialpad, and spreadsheet applications.
