
Sales Representative – Telehealth, Patient Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Transform warm inbound leads into conversions
• Make outbound calls to reconnect with cold or inactive leads
• Actively reach out to prospective patients through organized outbound campaigns
• Engage with patients via phone, SMS, chat, and email
• Provide education to patients using approved, non-clinical messaging
• Address objections with empathy and assurance
• Oversee your own pipeline and prioritize follow-up actions
• Ensure precise documentation in the CRM
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPIs
• Work in collaboration with care and operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales)
• Demonstrated experience in remote sales (mandatory)
• Ability to make 50+ calls per day when necessary
• Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, or wellness is preferred
• Strong hunter mentality with a consultative selling approach
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Highly organized and self-driven
• Professional-level English communication abilities
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours
• Proficient in using CRM systems, Slack, Dialpad, and spreadsheets
