This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee and enhance sales across all industry sectors within the Southern Arizona region
• Create and execute a strategic plan aimed at increasing sales within the designated area
• Partner with sales leadership and other departments to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver Avantor solutions to clients across various industry sectors
• Effectively manage a territory that includes a range of customers by applying targeted sales strategies
• Identify and acquire new customers by maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting Avantor’s unique value proposition
• Collaborate with sales management to formulate a strategic business plan for the territory
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a complex and dynamic sales environment
• Demonstrated history of proven sales success and growth achievement
• Experience in business-to-business sales
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to effectively leverage top-tier selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman/Korn Ferry) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
