This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual revenue objectives for the run and outdoor specialty, as well as Better Footwear channels within the designated territory.
• Responsible for nurturing existing account relationships, securing both seasonal and immediate orders, and establishing new accounts in alignment with the strategic sales plan.
• Comply with all strategic distribution guidelines established by the Altra sales management team.
• Manage order procurement through both traditional face-to-face interactions and modern virtual processes, leveraging the latest technologies and resources provided by Altra and VF.
• Oversee wholesale product flow to optimize sales revenue while adhering to stringent distribution guidelines.
• Accomplish objectives and strategies outlined in the strategic plan, which includes enhancing and developing account relationships, implementing seasonal Go to Market strategies, and devising wholesale activation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Field Service Representative to create annual education programs, local activation calendars, and seasonal sales plans tailored for each account.
• Leverage consumer insights, market share, and POS data to sustain and expand retail business while proactively identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities.
• 3+ years of experience in field sales, product management, marketing, or retail.
• Proven track record of implementing successful sales strategies and achieving results.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal basis.
• Measurable achievements in surpassing targeted results and expectations.
• Strong process and organizational management abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills, both virtually and in person.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Established capability to build and maintain essential business relationships and partnerships.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
