• Take independent charge of managing and delivering expert consulting services to current clients within the designated sales territory.
• Actively engage in acquiring new customers while targeting existing ones during product launches and sales initiatives.
• Systematically enhance the opportunity pipeline by identifying and nurturing profitable projects.
• Scale successful reference projects to foster sustainable revenue growth.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analyses to pinpoint opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (especially Marketing, Application Engineering, and Channel Management).
• A completed bachelor’s degree or vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
• Several years of robust sales experience in a technical setting.
• Proven hands-on experience in a sales capacity.
• A strong willingness to travel within the specified sales territory.
• Negotiation-level (business fluent) German and very good English language skills.
• Knowledge or experience in adhesive technology and relevant market segments.
• Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems (preferably Power BI and Salesforce).
• Self-driven, team-oriented, resilient, and results-focused with excellent communication skills.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset coupled with analytical capabilities.
