This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independent and direct sales of selected medical products to existing and new clients, including conducting product presentations.
• Establishing and maintaining contacts, along with providing expert consultation and support to decision-makers in hospitals and outpatient settings.
• Documentation of sales opportunities and tracking of acquisition activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Conducting market and competitive analyses as well as order analyses and customer behavior evaluations.
• Managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and supporting local marketing initiatives and events.
• Participation and collaboration in regional events and conferences.
• Ensuring sales and revenue targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction through close support and excellent service.
• Travel within the sales territory exceeding 80%.
• Completed degree or a vocational training in commerce, technology, or medicine.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in the medical technology sector.
• Consistency and experience in efficient planning and implementation of sales projects, applying excellent analytical approaches.
• Enjoyment of communication and networking, as well as teamwork abilities, with a strong inclination to contribute within team structures – we are looking for a strong team player!
• A high degree of empathy and active listening skills, along with a focus on sustainability and reliability in collaboration.
• Ability to convincingly present complex relationships.
• Proficient in common software programs (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM system).
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency in both spoken and written forms (training is conducted in English).
