• Oversee the base business within the territory and drive growth by establishing, supporting, and enhancing strategic implanting centers.
• Aid in the development of essential referral networks.
• Serve as the primary contact for account/implanter relationships to address customer needs in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for reimbursement at the account level.
• Coordinate all support initiatives and foster sales collaborations with distribution partners.
• Promote Interstim devices for specific therapies to physicians, healthcare institutions, payors, and other relevant medical personnel.
• Collaborate with strategic implanting centers to enhance account/implanter practices by delivering product and therapy technical support and services.
• Provide consultation on strategic management and trend analysis.
• Engage relevant Neuro business partners to present marketing and business strategies for territory development and growth.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• OR an Associate’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s Degree accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of the reimbursement landscape.
• Experience engaging with physicians in one or more of the following areas: Neurology, Urology, or Colo Rectal Surgery.
• Proven track record in developing new and innovative markets.
• Adept at making multiple referral calls on a daily basis.
• Familiarity with operating room environments.
• Strong capabilities in business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis; preferred knowledge of managed care.
• Experience with physiology/clinical therapies.
• Background in implantable devices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Conceptual and consultative sales expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of applicable quality policies and systems.
• Ability to adhere to all work and quality procedures to maintain compliance with quality systems and ensure high-quality output.
