
Sales Representative β Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Expand the network of points of sale within the designated territory, which includes the greater Hamilton area, extending south to Niagara, north to Elora, and east to Oakville.
β’ Collaborate closely with the supervisor to achieve sales objectives and targets.
β’ Ensure that in-store activities are aligned with and promote ongoing sales initiatives.
β’ Guarantee that in-store execution is consistent with the planned strategy (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.).
β’ Engage in merchandising strategies.
β’ Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems in retail locations.
β’ Oversee personal territory and conduct customer meetings.
β’ Foster positive relationships with clients.
β’ Complete daily reports using the mobile application.
β’ Must have exclusive access to a vehicle and possess a valid driverβs license.
β’ Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising is essential.
β’ Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales goals.
β’ Capability to submit daily reports reliably.
β’ Must have exclusive access to a smartphone, as utilizing an app in the work process is necessary.
β’ Should be tech-savvy and proficient in completing digital tasks through the app, including reporting after each shift.
β’ Must have exclusive access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.
β’ Monthly car allowance starting at $850/month.
β’ Annual performance bonus of up to $850.
β’ Monthly cell phone allowance of $30 provided.
β’ Flexible work schedule: Monday to Friday, totaling 24 hours/week.
