Sales Representative – Merchandiser

📋 Description

• Expand the network of points of sale within the designated territory, which includes the greater Hamilton area, extending south to Niagara, north to Elora, and east to Oakville.

• Collaborate closely with the supervisor to achieve sales objectives and targets.

• Ensure that in-store activities are aligned with and promote ongoing sales initiatives.

• Guarantee that in-store execution is consistent with the planned strategy (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.).

• Engage in merchandising strategies.

• Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems in retail locations.

• Oversee personal territory and conduct customer meetings.

• Foster positive relationships with clients.

• Complete daily reports using the mobile application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have exclusive access to a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising is essential.

• Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales goals.

• Capability to submit daily reports reliably.

• Must have exclusive access to a smartphone, as utilizing an app in the work process is necessary.

• Should be tech-savvy and proficient in completing digital tasks through the app, including reporting after each shift.

• Must have exclusive access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.
