This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver sales coverage and enhance market penetration for products within designated territories.
• Educate and assist Medicare beneficiaries to facilitate access to health insurance.
• Distribute educational health materials and coordinate health screenings.
• Provide Facilitated Enrollment support and aid with health insurance continuation and recertification.
• Identify potential enrollees and assess eligibility for the Advantage Medicare product.
• Implement policies and procedures concerning product disclosures, provisions, enrollment, and disenrollment.
• Establish a presence in the local community to drive enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to finalize enrollment.
• Promote Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other specified locations.
• Clarify covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions.
• Assist members in accessing healthcare, transportation, and additional services.
• Adhere to marketing activity guidelines while providing necessary materials and documentation.
• Monitor competitive products and marketing strategies, informing management as needed.
• Engage in telemarketing and outreach initiatives.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and special events.
• Complete applications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Submit reports on territory, product acceptance or rejection, and competitive conditions.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities as required.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Candidates should reside in or around Dallas, Texas, for local outreach, member engagement, community events, and in-home visits.
• Previous experience in Medicare Advantage sales is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year in marketing, sales, or community relations experience, including prior managed care experience, is required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; specific language skills may be necessary for certain plans.
• A State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License is required upon hire.
• A current state driver's license is required upon hire.
