This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish new client relationships by offering property data and services across various industry sectors.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by compiling lists of potential customers for sales leads, utilizing information from networking events, websites, business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, and other resources, while developing and executing a call plan for qualified lenders, servicers, secondary market, insurance, spatial, and proptech firms.
• Evaluate individual client needs and create, present, and implement tailored plans to address those needs.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams designated for their segment, as necessary, to produce marketing content (both print and electronic) and enhance social media presence to boost brand awareness in support of the sales strategy.
• Effectively develop or modify and deliver presentations to customer groups, target clients, and others.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and respond promptly to their inquiries.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• A proven sales track record and established business relationships within the pertinent industry sector.
• Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and territory management skills.
• Ability to listen to clients, comprehend their requirements, and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, or similar sales tracking software.
