
Sales Representative β Licensing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Establish new client relationships by marketing property data and services across various industry sectors.
β’ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by compiling lists of potential customers from networking, online sources, business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, and more, along with developing and executing a calling strategy for qualified lenders, servicers, secondary market, insurance, spatial, and proptech companies.
β’ Evaluate the specific needs of individual clients and create, present, and implement tailored solutions to address those needs.
β’ Work in conjunction with internal marketing teams as needed for their segment to produce marketing materials (both print and digital) and enhance social media presence to boost brand visibility in alignment with the sales strategy.
β’ Effectively design, modify, and deliver presentations to customer groups, target clients, and other stakeholders.
β’ Maintain proactive communication and respond promptly to client inquiries.
β’ Preferred bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
β’ At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
β’ Demonstrated sales success and established professional connections within the pertinent industry segment.
β’ Outstanding verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities.
β’ Strong skills in planning, organization, and territory management.
β’ Ability to listen to clients, comprehend their needs, and provide effective solutions.
β’ Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, or similar sales tracking software.
