
Sales Representative, K-12 Academic Tutoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Meet the designated annual sales and activity objectives for both High-Dosage Tutoring and On-Demand Tutoring initiatives.
• Establish and uphold a robust, precise pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring disciplined data management.
• Generate new demand through outreach efforts, campaigns, LinkedIn interactions, and participation in conferences.
• Conduct discovery sessions at the district and state levels, focusing on instructional aims, intervention priorities, ESSA evidence requirements, and funding approaches.
• Present engaging demonstrations and presentations that showcase outcomes, evidence of effectiveness, program design, and reporting capabilities.
• Create pricing proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and procurement documentation for district assessment processes.
• Oversee the response process for requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and state-level bidding opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of proven success in B2B or institutional sales; experience in K–12 or EdTech is highly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with school districts, charter schools, state agencies, or academic intervention programs.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales quotas and objectives.
• Strong understanding of sales concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong closing abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
