This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue growth.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects within the manufacturing and retail distribution sectors.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships through consultative and technical solution-oriented selling.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of accounts while consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Transform cold accounts into long-term, high-value partnerships.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
• Keep precise records of sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and account management.
• Remain updated on market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
• A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in industrial packaging, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales.
• Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with custom packaging contracts and solution-driven selling techniques.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve success.
