Sales Representative, Industrial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with industrial clients and partners.

• Sustain and enhance existing customer relationships by comprehending their needs and providing customized refrigeration/HVAC solutions.

• Market and sell intricate technical solutions, including comprehensive refrigeration projects.

• Conduct regular customer visits throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

• Spearhead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and calculation sheets.

• Collaborate closely with the management team to formulate and implement strategic plans.

• Offer market intelligence and insights to bolster business development initiatives.

• Keep sales statistics and documentation aligned with internal procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in technical B2B sales, preferably within the refrigeration or HVAC sector.

• Proven success in industrial solution sales, ideally in an international matrix organization.

• Strong familiarity with the Czech and/or Slovak market, with proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak.

• Solid technical grasp of cooling technologies and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a knack for establishing trust and long-lasting customer relationships.

• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a “play to win” approach.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a sales and engineering team.
