This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design and implement sales strategies for your territory aimed at enhancing market share and fostering profitable growth within the independent pharmacy sector.
β’ Seek out, target, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with current independent pharmacy clients.
β’ Engage in regular outreach and face-to-face visits with customers to comprehend their business requirements, present solutions, and underline value through consultative selling techniques.
β’ Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation through to pricing, proposal drafting, negotiations, and closing deals.
β’ Establish and nurture robust relationships with pharmacy owners, operators, buyers, and other pivotal decision-makers within your assigned accounts.
β’ Leverage market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to shape sales strategies and pinpoint growth opportunities.
β’ Generate forecasts, maintain precise records of sales activities, and provide consistent updates on pipeline and performance.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams such as operations, customer service, marketing, and finance to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure successful execution.
β’ Achieve or surpass annual sales, revenue, and profitability goals while driving continuous year-over-year growth.
β’ Represent the organization in a professional manner and exhibit behaviors that align with our core principles.
β’ Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ Demonstrated history of acquiring new business and enhancing existing accounts.
β’ Capability to create territory plans, key account strategies, and practical growth initiatives.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a proven record of closing deals successfully.
β’ Strong business and financial insight, including pricing, margin management, forecasting, and opportunity assessment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) for building forecasts, analyzing opportunities, and crafting customer presentations.
β’ Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills who can work independently.
β’ Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments to promote customer success.
