This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Managing incoming calls and nurturing warm leads
β’ Advising customers on their insurance requirements and aligning them with the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits
β’ Transforming sales leads into active policyholders
β’ Upholding the Liberty brand representation
β’ Linking customers with the suitable products tailored to their unique needs
β’ Adjusting to diverse environments and varying schedules
β’ Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience
β’ Required 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles
β’ Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales
β’ Excellent communication abilities for engaging with both prospects and customers
β’ Superior analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities
β’ Proficient typing skills and strong computer literacy
β’ Property and Casualty Insurance License (Training will be provided if you do not currently possess a license)
