This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming calls and engaging with warm leads

• Advising customers on their insurance requirements

• Identifying suitable coverages, products, and benefits

• Transforming sales leads into policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• Required 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills necessary for closing sales

• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities

• Proficient typing skills and strong PC knowledge

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained after hiring.
