• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in sales or service-related roles is required.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities are necessary.
• Proficient typing skills and strong computer literacy are required.
• A Property and Casualty License must be obtained after hiring.
