This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Managing incoming calls and engaging with warm leads, providing consultation to both potential and current policyholders regarding their insurance requirements.
β’ Identifying the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to successfully convert sales leads into policyholders.
β’ Embodying the Liberty brand and linking customers to the products that best fit their unique needs.
β’ Adapting effectively to various environments, schedules, and the diverse requirements of policyholders.
β’ Ensuring that customers receive the high-quality products and services they require.
β’ Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in sales or service-related roles is required.
β’ Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills are essential for closing sales successfully.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers.
β’ Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities are necessary.
β’ Proficient typing skills and strong computer literacy are required.
β’ A Property and Casualty License must be obtained after hiring.
