This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Responsible for acting as the main contact point for customer sales and market development.
• Employ data analysis and negotiation expertise to pinpoint potential growth areas.
• Cultivate new customer prospects while optimizing existing sales opportunities.
• Implement and execute sales strategies, policies, and programs to support business objectives.
• Achieve both annual company and personal performance targets.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Incora's quality standards, product offerings, pricing structures, and delivery timelines.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and relevant responses to customer inquiries and requests.
• Foster and enhance relationships with both new and existing Incora clients using professional sales techniques.
• Source products in alignment with Incora’s best practices.
• Ensure compliance with customer approvals and quality specifications.
• Identify opportunities for negotiation that may lead to sales growth and employ effective negotiation tactics.
• Prepare regular sales reports outlining sales volume, potential sales, and areas for expansion.
• Train and provide guidance to Level I Sales Representatives.
• Participate in regular and spontaneous sales meetings as well as company-sponsored training and events, as necessary.
• Travel may be required.
• Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or its equivalent (EU).
• 2-4 years of college education, ideally in Marketing or Supply Chain, or
• 2-4 years of a combination of educational background and relevant work experience in sales.
• Experience in Sales or Customer Service within the aerospace sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Proven ability to communicate professionally and persistently complete tasks.
• Established ability to comprehend and convey technical product information and specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in Quality and Customer Service contexts.
• Ability to engage professionally with all organizational levels.
• Must possess a technical understanding and be able to accurately interpret technical specifications and requirements.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to conduct both basic and complex research.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external clients.
• Strong follow-through and determination to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in integrated database systems and report generation software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as required.
• Willingness to travel is necessary.
