This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Proactively arrange sales calls with prospective clients to showcase the value of our company and equipment solutions.
• Collaborate directly with clients to develop solutions tailored to their applications.
• Manage customer relationships across all levels and departments to enhance customer expenditure.
• Sustain a high level of customer engagement to optimize the sales pipeline and boost closing ratios.
• Design and implement targeted industry and account-specific sales campaigns.
• Direct the strategic and tactical sales approach for converting customers to Evident products and solutions.
• Leverage national technical specialists and market experts to finalize sales.
• Create and execute a sales growth strategy for your designated territory.
• Continuously enhance your sales skills, product knowledge, and management techniques.
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, engineering, or related experience/knowledge is required.
• One or more years of experience in capital equipment sales or a comparable sales process.
• Familiarity with industrial microscopy, optical metrology, and semiconductor equipment sales and applications is advantageous.
• Capability to learn about instruments, application software, and microscopy applications across various industries.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and how Evident products address customer applications.
• A proven track record of success in a business-to-business context.
• Proficient in creating and delivering persuasive, clear, and concise presentations, product demonstrations, and communications to diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales automation, and sales enablement tools.
• Must be self-motivated, highly driven, and business-focused.
