This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage in proactive outbound communication via phone and email with current Customers and Channel Partners within the Installed Base (DACH region).
• Drive the renewal of subscriptions, as well as identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on Installed Base analytics and reporting.
• Use subscription records of installed products to enhance the number of active subscribers and improve attach rates.
• Support and implement initiatives aimed at expanding the Installed Base and managing lifecycle programs.
• Recognize whitespace opportunities within existing customer ecosystems.
• Serve as a bridge between Customers, Partners, and the SonicWall sales team to facilitate effective information flow.
• Assist regional sales teams by providing insights and intelligence related to Installed Base renewals.
• Promote improvements in the lifecycle management processes among Partners and Customers.
• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries related to Installed Base data.
• Ensure accurate documentation of Installed Base activities, projects, and initiatives within CRM systems.
• Utilize cross-functional resources (Sales, Renewals, Channel, Operations) to meet revenue objectives.
• 1–2 years of pertinent experience in sales, renewals, inside sales, or customer account management.
• Proficiency in German (mandatory) and good command of English is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to analyze Installed Base data and convert findings into actionable business strategies.
• Critical thinking aptitude and a consultative approach.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and analyses into clear business plans that aid decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet stringent deadlines.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of follow-through and ownership.
