• Act as the main point of contact for designated customers on a daily basis.
• Address RFQs (requests for quote) promptly.
• Create pricing and quotations.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert leads into orders.
• Accurately process purchase and sales orders.
• Resolve customer issues regarding pricing, shortages, delays, or returns.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers.
• Identify potential growth opportunities within current accounts.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales / Account Managers.
• Analyze customer spending trends and buying behaviors.
• Assist with contract pricing and long-term agreements.
• Work alongside purchasing, planning, warehouse, and suppliers to meet delivery commitments.
• Expedite late orders and oversee backorders.
• Provide updates on order status and shipment tracking.
• Support inventory solutions and stocking programs.
• Maintain records in CRM / ERP systems.
• Monitor bookings, sales, margins, and pipeline.
• Contribute to month-end revenue goals and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Preferred background in aerospace, distribution, or supply chain.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting skills.
