This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated customers on a daily basis.
• Timely respond to RFQs (requests for quote).
• Generate pricing and quotations.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert potential opportunities into orders.
• Accurately process purchase and sales orders.
• Address customer concerns regarding pricing, shortages, delays, or returns.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers.
• Identify opportunities for growth within current accounts.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales / Account Managers.
• Analyze customer spending trends and purchasing behaviors.
• Assist with contract pricing and long-term agreements.
• Work with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Expedite overdue orders and manage backorders effectively.
• Provide updates on order status and shipment tracking.
• Maintain records within CRM / ERP systems.
• Track bookings, sales, margins, and pipeline metrics.
• Support month-end revenue objectives and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Preferred background in aerospace, distribution, or supply chain.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.
