• Assess their current situation, aspirations, and readiness for change.
• Determine the appropriate next steps, whether it entails further discussions or scheduling a consultation.
• Follow-up and maintain persistence.
• Ensure that prospects do not "fall through the cracks" and receive timely follow-ups.
• Reconnect with individuals who have yet to make a decision but are otherwise suitable candidates.
• Maintain an overview of your contacts, reminding them of agreed next steps and consistently advancing the conversations.
• Your objective: Transform initial interest into a definitive decision—step by step.
• Conduct consultation calls and facilitate closing.
• During scheduled calls, guide prospects through their circumstances in an organized manner.
• Present a clear strategy for achieving their goals (15–25 kg weight loss, increased energy, enhanced performance).
• Address any questions, take objections seriously, and steer them toward a clear conclusion: collaboration—yes or no. If appropriate, finalize the agreement bindingly.
• Ideally, you possess experience in sales or customer relations—such as in coaching, service, or agency settings—or you are a motivated career changer.
• You are open to following a structured process (the setter/closer model makes sense to you or can be quickly learned).
• You are disciplined, punctual, reliable, and communicate effectively.
• You seek structure and focus—rather than a different task every day.
• You are interested in a full-time position and can commit to the role for the long term.
• You reside in Germany or Austria and have a stable personal situation.
• Compensation: approximately €42,000–54,000 gross/year.
