📋 Description

• Conducting telephone follow-ups with leads previously contacted via email.

• Engaging in telephone follow-ups with incoming leads.

• Performing telephone follow-ups with our existing contacts.

• Initiating cold calls to potential new customers.

• Organizing, preparing, and following up on appointments through email and phone communications.

• Overseeing and managing our CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant sales experience, particularly in cold calling, is a must.

• Prior sales experience in a marketing agency is advantageous.

• You are willing to step outside your comfort zone and possess self-confidence.

• You are motivated to meet targets, enhance commissions, and challenge yourself.

• Strong communication skills, quick thinking, and articulate expression are essential.

• You are ambitious, eager to learn, and focused on achieving goals.

• You thrive in independent work settings and take responsibility seriously.

• Reliability and prompt responses to inquiries are key attributes.

• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is required.
