Sales Representative, French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Manage a significant volume of calls efficiently while maintaining an exceptional level of service.

• Actively provide comprehensive information about our electric bikes, schedule appointments, and oversee deliveries.

• Carefully address customer inquiries and objections to ensure their satisfaction and foster trust in our services.

• Utilize effective sales techniques to convert prospective customers into dedicated clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or Fluent French speaker.

• Strong command of English (C1-C2 level).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales position.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset.

• Willingness to work according to the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time).

• Outstanding problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
