This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Deliver account management sales and support to select major regional broker/distributor clients.
• Collaborate with Broker Sales Network Organizations, Distribution, and End Users.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with Broker Networks, Distributors, and End Users.
• Discuss FoodHandler’s vision, objectives, and value proposition with our Broker Networks and Distributors.
• Partner with them to formulate strategies that align with our performance expectations.
• Aid in training Broker Networks and Distributors on our full range of products and support them during training sessions with their clients.
• Propel sales/margin outcomes, new product launches, training sessions, FoodHandler administrative tasks, and end-user engagements in the field.
• Conduct market assessments and enhance end-user market penetration in FoodHandler’s targeted markets.
• Increase distribution market penetration among FoodHandler’s key customers.
• Evaluate and penetrate FoodHandler’s competitive landscape.
• Foster robust relationships with both external (Customers) and internal resources (FoodHandler personnel & departments) to drive and achieve results.
• Exhibit a solution-selling approach by leveraging all of FoodHandler’s differentiators for our Broker Networks, Distribution, and End-user markets.
• Meet sales revenue and margin objectives.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business, outside sales, or territory management roles.
• Experience in sales within the manufacturer/distribution sector concerning the Foodservice & Healthcare Industry is preferred.
• Proficient influencing and negotiating skills.
• Experience in consultative selling and the ability to position solutions at the executive level.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to establish long-term partnerships.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with enthusiasm.
• Must possess (and maintain) a valid U.S. driver’s license.
