Sales Representative – Flooring Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Acting as the company's representative in the designated market while meeting sales objectives.

• Cultivating and sustaining relationships with current clients, along with proactively seeking new business prospects.

• Engaging in trade shows and marketing initiatives.

• Coordinating product training sessions for customers in the Balkan region, including Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Albania, and Greece.

• Securing a leading position in the markets of Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a track record of success.

• Background in the building materials sector, preferably in wooden or SPC flooring.

• Proficient in English (at least at a B2 level).

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Results-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving goals.
