This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management of existing professional partners and hairdressers on-site

• Ongoing growth of the customer base

• Attract and motivate new partners to embrace our products

• Accountable for the continual development of salon partners through regular training updates

• Ensure high participation and usage of educational events

• Recruit new users for the B2B online shop and assist them in navigating the platform

• Completed qualification in hairdressing or experience as a sales professional in retail or lifestyle brands

• Strong sales instinct with the ability to quickly inspire others

• Confident individual with a goal-oriented, proactive approach

• Communicative and approachable, capable of rapidly building networks
