• Identify and create new business opportunities through various methods, including cold email outreach, strategic calling campaigns, LinkedIn networking, partner/channel introductions, and the development of industry relationships.
• Recognize organizations currently utilizing legacy integration platforms and explore opportunities for modernization.
• Engage with IT leaders, enterprise architects, integration teams, and stakeholders in digital transformation initiatives.
• Position datagrate’s migration and modernization services as a cost-effective and lower-risk alternative to proprietary platforms.
• Oversee opportunities from initial outreach to discovery and final handoff/closing.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with technical leadership and delivery teams.
• Assist in refining messaging, outreach strategies, and target-market positioning.
• A minimum of 3 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Experience with iPaaS, middleware, integration, APIs, cloud modernization, or related enterprise software sectors.
• Demonstrated outbound sales and prospecting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with AI-driven enterprise modernization trends is advantageous.
• Flexible compensation structure based on experience and engagement model: Base salary plus commission.
• Commission-focused compensation model.
