This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Manage and develop a substantial, dynamic territory that encompasses a comprehensive range of businesses, from long-standing producers to significant growth prospects.
• Act as the primary liaison among producers, customers, and the company to achieve sales objectives and personal success.
• Efficiently leverage the extensive resources available to ensure quota fulfillment, including a fully localized service team, home office service groups, marketing and development resources, and the expertise of peers and managers, to reach sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales abilities, and competitive insights through both personal and structured development plans, applying this knowledge to compete effectively in the local market.
• Prior experience in selling employee benefits is essential for consideration for this position.
• Residency in the greater Cleveland area, Columbus, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA is required to be considered for this role.
• Established broker relationships within the territory are necessary for consideration for this position.
• Ability to travel 2-3 days per week within the territory is required for this role.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Life & health licensing is required; if not currently licensed, it must be obtained upon hire.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in selling employee benefits is required, along with established broker relationships in the territory. An excellent driving record is necessary, and candidates must be insurable under the corporate insurance carrier.
