This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee a portfolio of commercial and small-to-medium business customer accounts.
• Safeguard existing revenue while seeking opportunities for growth, retention, and acquiring new customers.
• Propel year-over-year revenue increase through proactive account management and customer interactions.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to influence their purchasing decisions.
• Comprehend customer requirements and suggest solutions that align with their business goals and enhance productivity.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and discovery through negotiation to closing.
• Conduct discussions with customers, demonstrate products, and engage in solution discussions to convey value.
• Assess customer needs, identify buying triggers, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to eliminate sales barriers and expedite deal closure.
• Provide high-touch concierge support for strategic, complex, and high-value opportunities.
• Implement outbound telesales campaigns to identify, engage, and cultivate qualified sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound leads and partner-generated opportunities to optimize conversion rates.
• Discover opportunities within inactive, underutilized, or existing customer accounts.
• Conduct prospect research, follow up on leads, and maintain ongoing customer engagement.
• Keep accurate records of the pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
• Meet sales activity, revenue, and performance objectives.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers throughout the sales journey.
• Build trustworthy relationships with customer stakeholders through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to meet customer needs and execute sales strategies.
• Ensure seamless transitions and coordination among sales, operations, and support teams.
• Align engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
• Maintain precise reporting and provide insights to refine sales strategies and processes.
• Support scalable telesales initiatives, automation projects, and AI-driven sales capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales playbooks, programs, and customer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales execution, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales roles.
• 5+ years of account management experience with a focus on customer relationships and revenue growth.
• 5+ years of experience in pipeline generation, lead management, and sales opportunity management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales quotas, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Experience in selling technology products, services, or solutions in commercial or SMB settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Capability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a dynamic sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales productivity tools.
