This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee a portfolio comprising commercial and small-to-medium business accounts.
• Safeguard existing revenues while seeking opportunities for account growth and new customer intake.
• Foster year-over-year revenue increases through strategic account planning and customer engagement initiatives.
• Develop and sustain robust customer relationships to sway purchasing choices and encourage long-term commitment.
• Manage sales opportunities throughout the complete lifecycle, from initial discovery and qualification to final closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, partners, pricing resources, and support teams to expedite deal processes.
• Utilize available programs, incentives, and funding resources to eliminate barriers and advance opportunities.
• Provide high-touch concierge support for strategic and significant opportunities.
• Assist with inbound and partner-generated opportunities while generating new demand through outbound prospecting efforts.
• Implement targeted outreach campaigns to identify and cultivate qualified sales prospects.
• Increase adoption rates within underutilized or dormant customer accounts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet activity and revenue objectives.
• Act as the primary coordination point among customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Equip partners with sales support, deal guidance, and program insights.
• Ensure effective co-selling strategies and lead management protocols.
• Sync customer and partner engagement tactics to maximize revenue potential.
• Monitor pipeline performance, forecasting, and essential sales metrics.
• Offer feedback to enhance sales programs, playbooks, incentives, and procedures.
• Support scalable sales initiatives, including AI-driven sales strategies and automation capabilities.
• Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales execution and negotiation.
• More than 5 years of account management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in pipeline generation and management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and fostering business growth in a tech-centric environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while juggling multiple priorities and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools for managing sales activities and reporting.
