This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster and enhance existing customer relationships through consultative selling techniques.
• Engage with companies operating in controlled environments, including sterile and non-sterile cleanrooms.
• Explore workflow solutions and product applications utilized in controlled environments/cleanrooms.
• Build new relationships and execute strategies to boost sales efforts.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
• Achieve individual objectives and revenue targets for your designated territory.
• Seek out new business opportunities within targeted market segments and assigned geographical areas.
• Provide competitive intelligence, market insights, updates on customer needs/preferences, purchasing trends, and marketing effectiveness information to internal stakeholders in Management, Marketing, Product Management, etc., on a regular basis.
• Stay updated on evolving technical requirements and challenges faced by customers in sterile and non-sterile cleanroom environments.
• Attend industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, etc., on a periodic basis.
• Sell consultatively, identify customer needs, and recommend various solutions that Thomas can offer to help them meet their objectives.
• Deliver solutions to customers across multiple market segments, including Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Compound Pharmacies, CRO, CMO, Advanced Technology, and Semiconductor sectors, operating in both sterile and non-sterile controlled environments.
• Identify and establish new clients by managing a sales pipeline for new business opportunities, diagnosing needs, developing, and presenting proposals that illustrate Thomas’s value proposition and solutions.
• Cultivate existing customer relationships by introducing new products and value-added service solutions to foster growth, enhance customer retention, and improve the overall customer experience.
• Actively maintain, update, and manage all customer profiles and projects in Salesforce.com - CRM on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with sales management to create strategic territory business plans aimed at achieving sales growth and quota fulfillment.
• Build, nurture, and activate strong relationships with local manufacturers (suppliers) to mutually enhance sales, deliver customer solutions, and gain a technical understanding of product applications.
• Develop robust relationships with your sales and customer support teams to drive sales growth, manage time and territory effectively, and fulfill customer requirements.
• Must reside in proximity to the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales management experience in a B2B sales environment is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant field sales experience is required.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to operate independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities related to growth strategies and to mentor others in doing so.
• Capability to work from home.
• Proficient in PC use, particularly with Excel and Salesforce applications.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance are mandatory.
