• Cultivating and enhancing relationships with current customers to promote sales growth through consultative selling techniques.
• Leading discussions on business, proposing product listings, and engaging in commercial negotiations with retail headquarters.
• Discovering and establishing new sales channels and customer accounts.
• Strategizing and implementing shelf placement proposals, catalog listings, promotional initiatives, and in-store merchandising strategies.
• Leveraging market intelligence, POS data, and other sales metrics to create insights and prepare proposals and presentation materials for customers.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the consumer goods sector.
• Proven experience in utilizing market data and POS information to craft and present sales proposals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to identify business challenges, formulate solutions, and construct compelling, logical proposals.
• Proficiency in essential PC software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Safety policies in place.
• A strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture.
• Contribution to a robust EHS culture.
