This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities within the Japanese market.

• Conduct research and engage with potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers in Japan.

• Build, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

• Comprehend clients’ operational, communication, and digital transformation requirements.

• Clearly present Letshare’s solutions and align them with each client’s business challenges.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to meetings, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Identify partnership opportunities that will aid Letshare’s business expansion in Japan.

• Keep precise records of sales activities, pipeline developments, client feedback, and market insights.

• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure that client expectations are well understood and communicated.

• Facilitate customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and clear communication.

• Consistently meet or surpass agreed-upon sales targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in Japan.

• Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or B2B commercial roles.

• Significant experience selling to businesses in the Japanese market.

• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.

• Experience with selling SaaS, software, digital solutions, IT services, operational tools, or technology products is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with manufacturing, operations, internal communication, digital transformation, or process improvement solutions is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in Japanese and possess strong English communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and maintain motivation in a commission-driven environment.

• Strong networking, problem-solving, time management, and organizational capabilities.

• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
