This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Develop, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and B2B clients throughout Caribbean regions.
• Propel category advancement via structured account strategies, expansion projects, and the discovery of new business prospects.
• Direct the implementation of commercial strategies to meet sales objectives, enhance market share, and improve channel efficiency.
• Manage order processing, align forecasting, plan inventory, and collaborate with the supply chain to guarantee product availability and avert stock shortages.
• Organize and implement marketing strategies, trade marketing efforts, and localized activations.
• Supervise margins, pricing frameworks, and promotional expenditures to ensure ongoing profitability.
• Track receivables, oversee Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and assist with credit assessments.
• Evaluate the competitive environment, pricing dynamics, and category performance.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service departments.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare consistent business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in sales or related areas.
• Experience in managing distributors or accounts across multiple territories.
• Familiarity with the Caribbean regional market.
• Background in supply chain management.
• Experience in the home appliances sector is advantageous.
• Marketing expertise.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Proficient in advanced English.
