This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Play an active role as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for smartAware, promoting the most advanced e-learning platform in the healthcare sector and effectively communicating its advantages to clients.

• Take charge of a designated sales territory, overseeing the acquisition, onboarding, growth, and retention of new clients.

• Engage with decision-makers in care facilities to secure new customers, including executive management, HR management, and heads of nursing.

• Draft proposals and offer guidance and assistance until the contract is finalized.

• Contribute to market analysis, the formulation of sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.

• Conduct presentations and partake in trade shows and events.

• Manage our CRM system and provide regular updates to management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training, preferably within the healthcare field, or an equivalent qualification.

• Capability and passion for presenting products and complex subjects clearly and persuasively to clients, both online and in-person when necessary.

• A professional and reliable demeanor coupled with strong persuasive skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain good self-organization.

• Proficiency in business-level German and a good command of English.

• Confident use of digital media, technical aptitude, and solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
