Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee WhatsApp communities comprising 50–1,000+ prospective travelers during live 5-day launch initiatives.

• Personally respond to each new member who introduces themselves.

• Implement a structured daily launch sequence across various simultaneous campaigns.

• Foster genuine conversations among community members.

• Address traveler inquiries related to pricing, inclusions, destinations, and logistics.

• Announce new bookings in real-time to generate momentum and establish social proof.

• Keep the trip's sales team updated on group sentiment, key questions, and actionable signals.

• Manage group settings, names, and moderation to ensure a professional atmosphere.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• A true passion for connecting with individuals.

• Capability to manage multiple fast-paced campaigns concurrently.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, hospitality, or sales is preferred.

• Willingness to work from Sunday to Thursday during active launch weeks.
