• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to enhance brand recognition.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in title insurance, with a deep understanding of agent requirements and industry standards.
• A strong enthusiasm for sales and business development, coupled with a dedication to fostering enduring relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of functioning independently.
• Ability to adjust to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing or leading teams is advantageous and may lead to potential management roles.
