This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage and receive pre-qualified leads, conducting outbound calls to potential clients to turn these leads into sales.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge to articulate the features and advantages of our diverse car leasing products to clients, ensuring they fully understand how our offerings cater to their needs.
• Arrange appointments with clients to visit the nearest branch and complete the onboarding process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by swiftly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Thoroughly document all client interactions, sales progress, and results in our CRM (Customer Relations Management) tools.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and branch personnel to ensure client requirements are met and to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
• Remain updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively respond to client inquiries and enhance sales strategies.
• Prior experience in a telephone sales or customer service position, preferably within the car leasing or mobility industry.
• Exceptional fluency in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Urdu, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Chinese-Mandarin, Italian).
• Competence in utilizing CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and other sales-related tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
