This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will take charge of the complete sales process β€” from initial outreach to the final closing stage.

β€’ Proactively acquire new customers.

β€’ Partially qualify leads and assess their needs.

β€’ Facilitate consultative meetings and finalize deals.

β€’ Successfully close consulting and agency service contracts (concepts, retainers, and projects) independently.

β€’ Manage inbound leads while overseeing your own outbound pipeline.

β€’ Maintain and organize your sales pipeline within the CRM system.

β€’ Collaborate closely with management and marketing teams.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within an agency setting.

β€’ Ability to confidently lead consultative meetings and finalize deals.

β€’ Strong focus on results paired with a disciplined, consultative sales approach.

β€’ Knowledge of online marketing, SEO, performance advertising, and related fields.

β€’ Well-organized and capable of working independently.

β€’ Proficient in the German language.

β€’ Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
