This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will take charge of the complete sales process β from initial outreach to the final closing stage.
β’ Proactively acquire new customers.
β’ Partially qualify leads and assess their needs.
β’ Facilitate consultative meetings and finalize deals.
β’ Successfully close consulting and agency service contracts (concepts, retainers, and projects) independently.
β’ Manage inbound leads while overseeing your own outbound pipeline.
β’ Maintain and organize your sales pipeline within the CRM system.
β’ Collaborate closely with management and marketing teams.
β’ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within an agency setting.
β’ Ability to confidently lead consultative meetings and finalize deals.
β’ Strong focus on results paired with a disciplined, consultative sales approach.
β’ Knowledge of online marketing, SEO, performance advertising, and related fields.
β’ Well-organized and capable of working independently.
β’ Proficient in the German language.
β’ Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
β’ Base salary plus unlimited commission potential.
β’ A combination of inbound leads and self-generated outbound prospecting.
