• You will take charge of the complete sales process — from initial outreach to the final closing stage.
• Proactively acquire new customers.
• Partially qualify leads and assess their needs.
• Facilitate consultative meetings and finalize deals.
• Successfully close consulting and agency service contracts (concepts, retainers, and projects) independently.
• Manage inbound leads while overseeing your own outbound pipeline.
• Maintain and organize your sales pipeline within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with management and marketing teams.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within an agency setting.
• Ability to confidently lead consultative meetings and finalize deals.
• Strong focus on results paired with a disciplined, consultative sales approach.
• Knowledge of online marketing, SEO, performance advertising, and related fields.
• Well-organized and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in the German language.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
• Base salary plus unlimited commission potential.
• A combination of inbound leads and self-generated outbound prospecting.
