Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Contact warm leads, including parents who have interacted with our advertisements or inquiries.

• Engage in consultative sales discussions.

• Present and suggest appropriate tutoring or online course packages.

• Oversee the entire sales pipeline.

• Keep precise lead records in the CRM system.

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.

• Establish rapport with parents and represent the company's mission with professionalism.

• Take part in coaching and performance development sessions.

• Proven experience in sales or outbound telemarketing.

• A minimum of 2 years of outbound telemarketing or sales experience is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong phone presence coupled with active listening abilities.

• Capability to quickly build rapport with parents and potential customers.

• Target-oriented mindset.

• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working independently while also being a team player.

• Adaptable, receptive to coaching, and eager to learn.
