This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue expansion by cultivating new business within designated industrial sectors.
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with pivotal decision-makers, including engineers, maintenance supervisors, and procurement teams.
• Recognize opportunities for component repair, coating, grinding, and refurbishment services.
• Assess customer needs, drawings, and specifications to outline the scope and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Oversee the quoting and negotiation process for intricate, high-value projects.
• Collaborate intimately with operations teams to ensure technical coherence, successful execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust field presence through frequent customer visits and engagement in industry activities.
• Provide market insights and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Experience in supporting critical equipment in the oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial sectors.
• Background in industrial service sales and customer support.
• Demonstrated high-performance sales presence within the assigned territory.
• Proven history of achieving customer satisfaction and generating profitable sales growth.
• Capability to identify business opportunities and effectively convey them within RMS.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent years of outside sales experience in industrial services, machining, or manufacturing settings.
• Strong technical expertise in rotating equipment, coatings, machining, or repair services.
• Documented success in developing new business and finalizing complex deals.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Established industry connections within oil & gas, power generation, or related fields are preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-directed, accountable, and results-driven.
• Full-time role with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week; additional hours, evenings, or weekends may be necessary based on project requirements.
• Opportunity to participate in company random or customer-specific drug and alcohol screenings, as well as background checks.
